I later worked at LA Fitness, in the childcare center where I cared for up to thirteen children between the ages of six months and twelve years. A moment I often recall was when the four year old I nannied was practicing flash cards with me and finally got the word she had been struggling with down. The pure excitement and sense of accomplishment on her face has stayed with me all this time. I love to be a part of a child's journey, whether that be academic or personal to their development.
