A little bit about me

I’m Lainey! I’m a mom of 4 (3 boys, 1 girl ages 3-8). I’m currently in the middle of my elementary education degree online. Before having kids of my own I nannied and babysat for years. In my teens I held a camp at my home for kids ages 2-6 where I planned fun activities and offered a break for parents during the summer. As a nanny I worked for several families with multiples, including newborn twins & triplets with other siblings. I love finding new engaging activities and going out and about outdoors with my kids and the families I work with. My kids and I love swimming, hiking, paddle boarding, going for walks, crafting, making forts, and baking together. I also have done substitute teaching for elementary-high school and tutoring for multiple families.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve been a mom for almost 9 years now but prior to managing my own household I loved working as a nanny. I worked for several families with 3+ children and families with multiples. I’ve worked with families with twins, newborn twins, and newborn triplets. I also have experience tutoring in math and am working on finishing my elementary education degree online.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Spending time outside, going for walks, bike rides, jumping on the trampoline, crafting, baking, and making play dough are some of my favorite things to do. I love outings like parks and splash pads and other fun places for kids.

Supporting your household needs in ways that makes your life easier. Beyond basic care for children it’s important to me that when I’m done for the day your kids had fun, connection, and great experiences and that I’ve noticed the little things that can make the transition to care back to you easiest.
