A little bit about me

I have been a career nanny for 6+ years and have an honest passion for assisting in the development of little minds. I have vast experience with all ages ranging from infant to teen, and multiples (a year-long nanny share with four under three I believe is the highest certification). I am super hands-on, but also value a child's healthy independence. I am empathetic and loving, but stern when necessary. I believe it's important to explain to children, particularly during discipline. I love to follow/ help create a schedule (be it loose or a bit more rigid). I am a fan of regular outings to the park, library, zoo, etc. and wish to find a family/ies that values this.
