The most important part about working with young children to me would be keeping them safe and using concious gentle care. Also pushing their mental development and keeping them intune to their adventurous , creative selves
My experience with special needs children...
I've only done vonlenter work none within the professional feild working with children with special needs. I would say this was my best and most percious time working with children. I've learned to be very patient, very attentive, and very gentle , also how to make them smile.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment with working with children would have to be the time I had 20 little 3 year olds excited to see me enter the classroom and all ran up to me and gave me big hugs and said I love you Ms. Mimi (my teacher name). This was the first time this ever happened to me and I was so happy because love is always great to have and it let me know that I was doing my job right.
