More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
From 2014 to 2016, I worked as a live-in nanny for a family of three children in Houston. I was responsible for school transportation, sports practices, extracurricular activities, meal preparation, and planning fun, educational outings, including trips to the zoo.
Additionally, I'm a mother of three young boys, including twins, which has given me extensive experience caring for newborns, infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. I'm comfortable managing multiple children, coordinating busy schedules, encouraging age-appropriate development, and maintaining a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
My background in graphic design also allows me to bring creativity into childcare through arts and crafts, hands-on learning, and imaginative activities.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I'm a big believer that kids learn best through play! With my background in graphic design and experience raising three energetic boys, I love finding creative ways to keep children engaged, entertained, and learning.
Some of my favorite indoor activities include arts and crafts, painting, DIY projects, imaginative play, building forts, puzzles, board games, reading, and hands-on educational activities.
Outdoors, I enjoy trips to the park, nature walks, playground adventures, visiting the zoo or children's museums, swimming, and exploring new places. I also love planning themed activities around children's individual interests, whether that's superheroes, dinosaurs, space, or anything else they're excited about!
I especially enjoy encouraging creativity, curiosity, independence, and plenty of laughter while keeping activities age-appropriate and safe.

The most important part about being a nanny...
As a mother of three and a former live-in nanny, I believe the most important part of being a nanny is building trust and creating an environment where children feel safe, loved, respected, and understood.
I know firsthand how much trust it takes for a parent to place their children in someone else's care. To me, being a nanny is about so much more than keeping children entertained or following a schedule. It's about being a positive, consistent presence in their lives, encouraging their independence, celebrating their individuality, and helping them grow into confident, kind, and curious little people.
I also believe open communication with parents is essential. My goal is to support each family's values and parenting style while providing the same patience, compassion, and attentiveness I'd want someone to give my own children.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments with children are often the little, unexpected ones! Whether it's watching their faces light up when they learn something new, hearing their hilarious interpretations of the world, or seeing how proud they are after accomplishing something on their own, those are the moments I treasure most.
As a mom of three boys, I've learned that even the most ordinary days can turn into the sweetest memories. I love being part of those experiences and creating an environment where children feel comfortable being curious, silly, creative, and completely themselves!
