is making sure all children are attended to but also that they're having fun. Building relationships with not only the children but the parents is a very important part of being a nanny.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was also my most emotional nanny moment. Summer was ending and it was time for them to go back to school so I was no longer needed. My last day watching them the baby girl woke up from her nap and wanted to lay down and watch a movie while the boys played with their legos. While doing so the mom came home and the kiddos scattered which confused me but when I turned back around all 3 of them were standing there with a gift for me. We all got pretty emotional and shed some tears during this moment. I had gotten so close with them... none of us including mom was ready for that day.
