My experience in childcare has been diverse, ranging from working as a nanny to being a daycare teacher and then the lead teacher of the twos room. I later progressed to working in extended care at a Catholic school. I can send over my paperwork stating that I was an amazing teacher and mentor.

My involvement with children having special needs has been a humbling experience. I do not treat them any differently than I would treat any other child. While they may require a bit more attention and time, it is essential to recognize that they are still children with unique personalities and needs.
