My favorite nanny moment was seeing the complete change in talking abilities in a two year old I was watching. She went from barely speaking full sentences to having complete conversations in a matter of a few weeks. The parents were amazed and said they could see how much time I was spending talking with her. I was so happy to see her ability to communicate become so strong!
