I value consistent and open communication. My communication style for planning is in writing - text is preferred. I will respect any screen time routines you have in place but if I'm given a choice I'm a no screen time sitter.

I want to teach children to be good people! In order to do that, children must feel safe and supported in an environment where adults model appropriate behavior to the best of their abilities. This starts from the day they're born. It's not easy to do that, especially when you have to be "on" all the time. Let me take some of that stress off of your shoulders.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience with children with a variety of differing needs - keeping track of hearing aids, speech delays, OCD, ADHD, nightmares, and separation anxiety are a few of these. These children were in my care on occasion but not full time.
