A little bit about me

I am a former performer who moved here from NYC 4 years ago. Not only have I cared for children as a nanny for over 15 years in between acting gigs, I also taught children theatre in several schools while living in the DC area. I love children. But my favorite age is anywhere from when they start to crawl to 5 years. It brings me great joy to watch them discover and learn and see their personalities develop. That's why it is so important to socialize and start activities at an early age. Library story time, arts and crafts, playgrounds, music class, etc... The beginning is everything. I have excellent references.
I also work as a fill in assistant for Pre-K at One School of the Arts with a day here and there when teachers are absent. And a few set dates until school lets out in May. Very flexible.
