Making connections with the kids not only educationally but really caring how they are doing mentally as well. I have been fortunate enough to work with kids even at a young age. I worked as a professional party clown with my dad growing up. As I got older I applied to work at schools, I even worked as a behavioral therapist for two summers. I don’t take the work of a nanny lightly, a nanny is putting someone else’s kids in their hands and that’s a big job but I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t think I couldn’t 100% handle the job.
