My name is Leidy.

I am almost 25 and I am originally from Colombia. I just moved to Frederick I used to live in Brunswick. I love to read, dance, listen music and travel. But mostly, nothing makes me happier than investing in children and spending time engaging with them.
I currently reside in Frederick and am looking for a nannying opportunity. I have extensive experience with children. I worked as an Au Pair for two years and I worked with kids as well in my country. I am a responsible, reliable, active, compromised, funny and cheerful person with excellent childcare and interpersonal skills. I speak Spanish so I would be happy in teaching some Spanish words to the kids. I am infant qualified as well since I took care of a new born until he was 18 months with the last host family I work with. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I did a volunteer in my homecountry per 2 months, I spend 3 hours a day with them, they were from 1 year old to 5 years old, I got to share with different personalities which helped me develop a creative way to keep them busy and happy ( dancing, coloring, excersicing! reading, and always learning!)

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to spend time outside! Going to the Playground, library (when life was normal before covid), play dates, pool, riding bikes. Also I like to have some time to develop activities inside of home (reading, paiting, coloring, movies, stickers books, etc).

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love when I am able to teach something new to the kids (talk, walk, color, read, school classes, spanish, etc, I feel is so nice to transmit love and wisdom.
