The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, trusting, and nurturing environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. I also believe in building a strong relationship with parents through open communication so we’re always working together to support their child’s growth and well-being.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience supporting children with autism and other developmental differences in both classroom and recreation settings. I’ve worked one-on-one with children, adapted activities to meet their individual needs, encouraged communication and independence, and collaborated with teachers and families to help each child succeed. My SLPA coursework has also strengthened my understanding of child development and communication.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments is seeing a child accomplish something they were working hard on, whether it’s learning a new skill, becoming more confident, or proudly saying, “I did it!” Those little moments remind me why I love working with children and being part of their growth.

My name is Lilly, and I’m a 25-year-old Christian, wife, and proud auntie with a heart for nurturing and guiding children of all ages. Though I don’t have children of my own yet, I’ve helped care for my 10 nephews and nieces—from newborns to young adults—which has given me years of hands-on experience and a deep love for helping little ones grow.
