One of my favorite nanny moments was when I was playing hide-and-seek with the kids and one of them hid in the laundry basket, thinking I’d never find them. When I “discovered” them with a dramatic gasp, they burst out laughing and shouted, “You’re the best detective ever!” It was such a sweet, ridiculous, and totally unforgettable giggle‑filled scene that made my day.
