I have had my parents friends children be babysat by me for an entire weekend and I made sure that they went to bed at the right time and we’re fed good with a perfect amount of playtime.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to color and dance with children. I can also put on a really good fashion show and am amazing at creating forts or playing outside and making art and crafts. I can also work with kids on reading or math.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is making sure that you have the heart to be able to brighten a kids day or to make their imagination even bigger that’s it already was. I love to be the sun that shines on the little kids and make their day amazing by having the whole day to spend with them.
My experience with special needs children...
I had an amazing best friend that I took care of for a while and she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and was one of the best friends ever. I am always respectful and kind to the kids that I am working with especially if they have triggers to certain things. I make sure to take extra precaution when nannying special needs children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I had my next door neighbors kids over and the little boy was very gassy and couldn’t stop laughing so when he would laugh he would also fart. I love the little moments like that brighten up my day especially when I’m not having an amazing day.
