My name is Leslie. I’m a mom to a sweet 3-year-old (with another on the way!) and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I’ve worked with children since 2018 and have been a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2019, currently providing 1:1 ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years old. I also have daycare and babysitting experience.
I bring a patient, structured, and nurturing approach, with strong skills in child development, emotional regulation, and routine-building.
I’m seeking a nanny position where my 3-year-old would join us, creating a small, structured peer environment that supports social and language development while ensuring individualized care. I speak fluent Spanish and could incorporate bilingual exposure throughout the day if wanted!
