My favorite part of being a nanny is watching children reach new milestones. Seeing a baby crawl, take their first steps, or say a new word for the first time is incredibly rewarding, especially when I know I helped teach and encourage those moments. Their achievements feel like my achievements too, and that’s what makes this job so meaningful to me.
