Hello parents!
My name is Libby and I would love to be your next nanny! I am 21 years old and am located in Springville. I have experience working in a daycare as a 16 month - 3 year old teacher and I absolutely adored it! I sadly had to leave due to health issues last November. I am CPR & First-aid certified and will ensure you your child will remain safe in my care. I totally wouldn't mind any organizational/cleaning tasks you need help with as well as helping with meal prep/cooking meals.
In my free time I enjoy creating art and making crafts, as I love using my creativity to help children unleash theirs as well. I have a year old pup who I absolutely adore so I totally don’t mind if you have pets! I love helping children learn new things and grow into their beautiful big brains. My favorite thing about taking care of children is getting to see them grow and learning their very own personalities. I love having fun! With your child in my care they will have a wonderful time!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I got the wonderful experience of working at a daycare as a teacher for the early learners! I cared for children from the ages of 6 months-7 years. While keeping the kids safe I would keep the areas organized and tidy. One of my favorite parts was coming up with fun lesson plans that matched the curriculum and theme of said week. I loved the connection I got to make with the kids, but I sadly had to leave due to health reasons.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

For indoor games I love playing with toys, dolls, action figures you name it, I believe playing with toys and making up scenarios as we go is a great way for kids to use their imagination. I love anything arts and crafts and love teaching kids how to create things! For outside play I would love to take your kids to the park or just playing in the backyard whether its with a ball or playing in the mudd!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Personally I think the connection with the family is the most important, if you’re not connected with the kids they wont enjoy your company and wont feel safe. If you’re not connecting with the parents how will they trust you with their child?

My experience with special needs children...

I have had experience with children with autism, I as well live with autism and feel like I understand a lot.
