Most important part of being a nanny is making the kid(s) feel safe with you. Along with that, having a good balance of safety, fun, activities, etc. I find it important for kids to know that they are valued and loved no matter how theyre feeling or how hard life gets for them:)

I have volunteered in the like skills classes at my middle school and after that, I worked in the special needs classes at church. I worked with kids with autism, down syndrome, etc.
