I'm currently a Registered Behavior Technician who works with autistic kids 2-6 years old. I have babysitting experience from as young as 10 months to about 12. I love working with kids, and I love helping young kids learn to communicate and self-regulate. I have experience working with different medical intricacies. Friends would call me attentive, caring, and creative. I'm an experienced, motivated individual. I do love a good routine, with flexibility. I can get creative with limited resources.
I like working with kids because I like providing support; I like to see kids grow into themselves and learn how to be themselves in the world they are in, and I like to help provide them with the skills they need to do so.
