"Lilia is a very engaging caregiver, focused not just on the child's physical needs but also on providing them with developmentally-appropriate experiences. She also has good judgment and can function in a safe and caring manner with very little direction and supervision. She was a life and sanity saver for our family when our child was born: she made sure he is safe, fed, clean, and that he gets his sleep, and when he was awake she took him our for walks, read to him, gave him opportunities for belly time. etc. As our child grew, she took him to parks and the zoo, to Music Together classes, to the library, and read to him a lot at home. Lilia is punctual and mature and I never had to worry about how she would navigate an unexpected situation. Her background as a teacher would have helped as our child grows and will need homework help eventually. We loved having Lilia as part of our family, miss her dearly, and were extremely sad that she couldn't move with us."

As a Child Care Worker, I'd like to helping out during daytime, and at request, would work additional hours too. I am a loving, caring, very responsible and punctual, good hearted and good character person, a graduate from the CSU with BA in literature and arts. I love kids and I have a natural bond with them since my younger years. I have experience working with kids of all ages during school or their vacation time. I like to play indoor and outdoor sports and games, I like walking in the park, visit museums, libraries, attend after school events and activities. During school time I like helping kids with their HW and prepare them for the next school day, I also like to help in preparing their lunch for school and make sure that they are having their after school meals on time. I like to help them out with their shower/bath, and I like to read their favorite books and stories before bed and much more.

The most pleasant and memorable moments of being a Child Care Worker is when kids called me mom, when they gave me hugs and kisses and told me that I am like ‘a candy and want to eat me’ :)
and when my former schoolchildren, now in theirs adulthood would, call and visit, and sending thank you cards for the work I have done for them and their families.
