From my perspective, the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, supportive, and trusting environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I believe strong relationships, patience, consistency, and positive communication are essential in helping children grow emotionally, socially, and academically while also giving parents peace of mind knowing their child is cared for with genuine attention and compassion.

I have experience working with and caring for children with special needs through both hands-on childcare experience and shadowing my parents, who are occupational therapists. Through this experience, I have developed patience, adaptability, and an understanding of how to support children with different developmental, behavioral, sensory, and communication needs. I am comfortable creating supportive environments, following routines, encouraging independence, and using positive communication strategies to help children feel safe, confident, and understood.
