I have had the same child care job since I was 16 (20 years!) in which time I progressed from a high school assistant to a lead teacher certified teacher with her associates degree in early childhood. I have thorough and knowledgeable experience with children ranging from newborn to teens. While I do have much experience in various age groups I should mention that I have worked specifically with infants and toddlers full time for the passed 18 years. As much as I love being a caregiver in a classroom and all that comes with it, I have decided that it is time for a change. I was a night nanny for 2 little boys for 4 and a half years after teaching all day and really enjoyed getting to know the child and parents on a more intimate level teaching and nurturing just like I always have just outside of a classroom.
