I’ve worked with special children most of my nursing career, and that’s been 21yrs. I also did some homecare nursing g with special needs children for many years.

Once we went on a cruise, the kids o nannied for with their children. They had a hard time getting them to sleep, so they all brought the grand nanny kids to me and we sang, played then I had all 6 of them asleep in my bed and sent their parents a picture.
