Over the last three months she's become an integral part of our family, introducing Darius to age-appropriate activities along the way: tummy time, reading books, sitting/standing practice, etc, in addition to the mundane activities of childcare (feeding, burping, changing diapers). Lisa is attentive and caring to Darius' needs, offers suggestions gleaned from her years of experience but asks what we'd like for Darius and follows through.
