The most important part about being a nanny is the influence brought upon the children. They influence a nanny has on a child is extremely crucial. Because being a nanny is such a large part of a child's life, I believe that being a positive influence if very important.

I do not have a ton of experience with special needs kiddos, but I am open and willing to learn what your child's needs and wants are.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is when I was nannying these two little girls, and for Christmas, they each made me a handmade card. They were both so excited to give them to me, and I remember than jumping up and down. It was truly one of the cutest things I've ever seen.
