A little bit about me

My mom was and still is a nanny and watched dozens of kids throughout my life. I loved coming home every day and being able to play with kids; it always brightened my day. I babysat for many families myself and created amazing connections with both the children and their families.
As an adult, I have worked in a school setting interacting with children. I was a SpecialEd Paraprofessional, working with kids with Autism. I worked one-on-one with a child, providing innovative modifications to help him excel. Working with children with Autism brought me genuine joy. Currently I am a SpecialEd paraprofessional in Aiken County.
Both of my sisters, many of my aunts, cousins, and family friends have children, so I am in the presence of kids very often. I so much enjoy being able to participate in raising them. Being around kids, showing them kindness, while motivating them through unconditional love and support brings me so much happiness.
