Caring about the well being of the child and seeing it as a sacred duty more so than just a job. Kids are sacred and should be treated as such!

The most important part about being a nanny...
I had a family I tutored for 2 years for, and we became very close. I was getting ready to leave for a missions trip and the kids brought out their own piggy banks of change to donate for my trip. I tried to refuse of course, but the family wouldnt allow it. We still connect now and again on holidays and birthdays. But that moment was so beautiful for us all and those are the kinds of bonds I tend to build with clients.
