"Londan is always very reliable and flexible. I fully trust her in my home when I am not and she always leaves our place cleaner then when she got there. Having Londan watch our dogs for us when we have been out of town has been so great. She's so easy to work with and willing to accommodate when our schedules change or our return gets delayed. I cannot express how wonderful it has been to be able to go out of town and know that our dogs and our home are well taken care of. My husband and I do not have children but if we did I would definitely love to have Londan take care of them."

"Londan is always willing to help with whatever is needed. She babysits, dog sits, cleans the house, and has even sat with me through medical procedures when my husband had to be with our son. Everyone in our family adores Londan, especially the dogs. She is incredibly sweet and attentive."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked with The Future School of Fort Smith, Cre8tive Arts Learning center, Life Church, Harvest Time Tabernacle, summer camps, and independent families in Fort Smith Arkansas for about 9 years. I was a member of Delta Zeta sorority where I got to work with speech and hearing impaired children that needed more attention than others.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to get the kids outside and away from their screens! I love movie nights, but honestly, there is nothing like a game of freeze tag or flying kites. I try to bring a bag of crafts to also engage the kids with. Puzzles, markers, ribbon, blocks, cards, checkers. It can amaze kids how fast time goes when it isn't filled with commercials! Turning chores into a game is another favorite of mine. Keeps the house clean and the kids excited about that!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Giving kids opportunities to shine. When life is so busy it can be a challenge to allow those opportunities all the time. As their nanny, I make every day about them and their needs. What they want to say and express can be so exciting and I believe I have so much to learn from them.
My experience with special needs children...
Though limited, I have experience caring for children that have special needs. I enjoy working with a child as long as they work with me. I understand that can be a lot to ask of a child in this situation, but I also know that effort looks different coming from everyone. My heart is big and warm enough that I will do what it takes and learn what is asked of me to ensure a child's safety and happiness.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was teaching a sweet little 4-year-old girl how to play checkers. She had never even heard of it! Well, she is a very smart young lady and got really good really quickly and ended up double jumping me and the look of pride in her eyes was enough to brighten the entire house then she started to dance and giggle and it was a very exciting moment for me I will cherish.
