Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have babysat during summers growing up and have taught a million kiddos in my life, we play but learn and play. I never yell, and I control the children based off of what tactics calm them. I’m consistent and follow through with consequences, however I make sure they tell me what they did to get in trouble, and why did it make them get in trouble, then what would have been a better choice? Then hug them and tell them I’m proud they are learning good things.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I like to to educational fun activities that they don’t even realize they are learning….. speaking, counting, problem solving, playing and giggling, outside or inside, teaching new games. Letting them help me do “grown up things” and make a decision about something, then if it’s not correct I explain that’s a good idea but I think…… because…
The most important part about being a nanny...
The child’s well being and mental state are the most important areas to attend to because of you say “do this” and they ask “why” and you respond with because I told you so! Thank is counter productive to learning good behaviors and mannerisms

I have taught all spectrums of special needs and all ages. We modify and practice lacking skills.
The most important part about being a nanny...
When I taught a 2 year old to play a small song on a piano. We made a big effort and they were so proud of themselves.
