Being part of that process—encouraging them, supporting them, and celebrating their progress—was incredibly rewarding. I also love the small everyday moments, like sharing laughter during playtime, reading together, or when a child feels comfortable enough to express themselves freely. Those genuine connections and seeing their happiness are what make this role so meaningful to me.
