"Very knowledgeable and patient with me as a new mom. She taught me a lot of things and was very helpful and reliable. She changed diapers, fed the baby using formula and breast milk. She was really great when transitioning to solids. She also communicated very well. Always updated me throughout the day on how things were going. She was good with doing activities when my son got older and was able to walk and play. Whenever there was a problem she contacted me right away.
