I absolutely love doing art projects, kid friendly cooking, and STEM activities. I also love doing open ended play with kids, I love seeing where their imagination takes them. I love being able to take the kiddos I care for to parks, children’s museums, and other parent approved activities.
I think it’s important for kids to be outside to get fresh air and be active, but also believe that screen time can be utilized in positive ways.

I have so many it’s hard to pick. One of my favorite things to think back on is doing a “Cooking show” with H, a 4 year old boy. We were making monkey bread for breakfast together and his cats (4 of them) started jumping up onto “Hotel Banana”, which was a large cardboard creation. H sees the cats invading Hotel Banana and drops everything during our show and runs screaming to get the cats away. He said “CAAAAAAAAATS NOOOOO” and abandoned our monkey bread!
