The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is that we can make a real difference to the child's development. Also, that the children feel safe and secure while we are caring for them. Having a positive relationship with the parents is also very important, if the child sees you getting along well with both of the parents, they separate from them easier and you can start building trust. Genuinley loving the company of children, having basic understanding of child development, having a lot of energy, having a lot of patience, being a good communicator, being flexible, being understanding, being responsible, respectful, and being creative all play an important role of being a nanny. It just takes the right person for the job who is willing to overcome everything that comes our way.

My Favorite nanny moment was working with a family temporary and the child always ask her mother to call me so i can go visit her. Its all of those great moments that are my favorite.
