Safety, I love having fun but there has to be a balance between fun and rules. Safety is and always will be the number one priority and I am not scared of being a little strict when need be to make sure everyone stays safe!
My experience with special needs children...
I have been doing one on one special needs classes for around 4 years now, I mostly work with very low functioning kids with autism or Down syndrome. I have worked with tons of non verbal and aggressive kids. It is not an easy job but it is the most rewarding thing I have ever done!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My last nanny kid and I went to a super cute trampoline park and played games and jumped around together for hours! He loved it there and watching him learn tricks and get so excited about doing something new was adorable.
