I was a nanny for 2 little cuties from the ages of 3 months to 2 years old. I have also worked at 2 different daycares with children from the ages of 4 months to 5 years old.

With having experience in a classroom setting with children, I love to engage in educational activities such as learning ABC’s, colors ETC. I love going on nature walks to help children understand the beauty of nature and most important of all, I love playing anything that a child loves to play. I believe it is important to be interested in what they are interested in.

My experience with special needs children...
I have worked in a special education classroom for 2 years. My most experience with special needs children is autism. I have a low functioning cousin with autism that I have cared for throughout the years. In high school, I also worked with a group called “Friends Helping Friends” that essentially helped the special education classroom get out into the community to be involved and feel welcomed in the world.

Right now I am paid salary. I get 2 weeks vacation and 2 weeks sick leave. I drive their car and they pay for gasoline. I live in my own cottage. I do not live on their property.
