The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important thing about being a nanny is the trust you make with the children. I want them to be comfortable and happy around me. The kids I watch are always my main focus and I want to devote all my time and energy to them. Having trust with the children allows you to build a great relationship which can endlessly flourish. It’s important to me that the children are always having fun and engaging in new learning opportunities. Talking to them as an equal makes them flourish and grow which is very important.
