"I worked with MacKenzie for several months. She worked for a friend of mine as a personal nanny, and would offer to help with my 2 year old son as well. I am so glad I found her! MacKenzie was great with both kids and has a flair for including learning into the fun. One of her best qualities was creating a day of fun. Whether it was baking cookies and cards for our local fire department, painting art projects she found on Pinetrest, or going out of her way to find monster truck art pieces for my son to color, she always had the most creative ideas!! She was always smiling, thoughtful, patient and kind. She always has a "plan for fun" for every child she is caring for, and goes out of her way to ensure the children are taken care of, safe, happy, and healthy. She was so helpful on days I had an emergency pop up. Her empathy and willingness to help was amazing and very appreciated. I was very saddened to learn that she was moving, but am very appreciative that I got to work with her."

"MacKenzie is absolutely the best with our girls. She is fun and just excellent with kids; she makes sure that they have a good time while learning things. Both my daughters adore her, but our oldest is her biggest fan. She is adept a getting them to bed on time, and she is well able to wrangle more than one at a time. I never felt like she just plopped them in front of the television; she always had fun games to play and they read lots of stories. She’s thoughtful and reliable. I always felt very safe and confident when she sat for us in the past. I highly recommend Mackenzie; she will be an asset to your family."

"Mackenzie was a teacher with me at LaPetite in Knoxville. She worked with me sometimes in the toddler room and she had my son in the twos and preschool classes. She is loving, energetic, organized and so nurturing with all the kids. I can not say enough about her heart for children and her skill at taking care of little ones! My own son was very attached to her and they became very close. She has become a close personal friend of mine as well!"

"Mackenzie is great! If I could’ve kept her as our nanny forever I would’ve. My husband’s job moved us back home two states away or we would have. She is incredibly reliable, always punctual, very smart, caring, and interactive. I am a pharmacist and my husband is a physician so it was very important to us to have a punctual and reliable employee. In the two years Mackenzie worked for us she never once called out and was always on time. I also asked that she spend a few hours a day on our child’s education and required her to teach a curriculum which she excelled at. In addition, we asked that our child attend at least one extracurricular class a day such as gymnastics which required Mackenzie to drive our child and participate in the activity. She always drove very safe and was so amazing and fun with our daughter in her activities. My child thinks of her as family and misses her greatly."

"We first met Kenzie when she was teaching at our son's daycare. Our son is very very strong-willed, and we were used to teachers having difficulty with his tantrums. Kenzie was (and still is!) the only teacher to immediately get through to him and discipline while still keeping a close relationship. From that time, Kenzie has been our favorite babysitter for our son and later, his little sister. She loves our kids like her own, and we consider her part of the family. We miss her incredibly, and anyone would be truly blessed to have such a wonderful person taking care of their children."
