At 16 I was running the church daycare. 17 I was watching my neice and nephew 4 or 5 times a week. 18 I graduated high school and went to job corps to receive my child development associates degree. When I finished I came back home to work at a daycare here in Davenport. I was In the infant room. The toddler room and the pre-school rooms. My best friend of almost 20 years now has 5 children (as of October 4th) I am very involved in raising. Living with them off and on over the last 14 years.
