Hello, my name is Madelyn Jeffrey. I’m almost 20 years old. I’ve cared for two children of the lower age rank but I’ve been around younger kids all my life so I can definitely care for older kids as well. In high school i took classes on child hood development, family and consumer science, and education and training. I’m trying to save money for school to become a K-5 school teacher! I took a class in high school where we had to take a fake baby home. It cried and everything like a real baby. We had to change it, feed it, burp it. If it’s head tilted back too much, it’s a few points off. Everything like a real baby would do. I made a perfect score. I also used to volunteer in the daycare at my church for 2 years until I moved to Cookeville. Those kids ranged from 0-13 years old

Painting/coloring with children is so fun because they get so creative with everything and it’s something you get to keep forever.
