A little bit about me

Hi! I am Madelyn Spier, but like to go by as Madi! A little bit about me is I just graduated from Oregon State University with my Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology in the Spring! I will be attending Concordia University-St. Paul in Portland starting in September for their accelerated Nursing program! I have been born and raised in Salem and will be living at home this summer before I go to school again! I have a ton of experience nannying and absolutely love it! I have also been off and on caregiving for children and adults with disabilities for DSP Connections. I am CPR certified and just got a renewal actually for Nursing school! I love working with children so much as I am wanting to go into pediatrics!

Max J. - Seeking Work in Salem

Part-Time Child Care Provider Available in Salem, OR: Max J.

Hello!
My name is Max Jones, I have over a decade of childcare and early childhood education experience. I have been teaching toddlers and preschool in a classroom setting since 2020, and prior to this I have worked as a DSP and a nanny.

I have loved my time in the classroom, but I am looking for a lower stress position with less hours. My experience teaching has given me an excellent foundation of knowledge and fun activities that also build math, literacy, and social skills. I am certified in CPR/First Aid for infants, children, and adults. I am registered in the Oregon Central Background Registry.

I moved to Salem, Oregon from South Carolina in 2018 to be with my LDR partner. After being here for a couple of years, I began my gender transition. I am passionate about inclusion and acceptance of all peoples, and have a diverse childrens library of books.

I am a positive, upbeat, and dependable person who enjoys creating a fun, safe, and caring environment for children. Growing up with my mom owning and operating a daycare has given me hands-on experience caring for kids of different ages, helping with daily routines, and understanding the importance of patience and responsibility. I love working with children, and I strive to be a trustworthy, energetic nanny who helps kids feel happy, supported, and engaged every day.
Mariah K. - Seeking Work in Salem

Part-Time Nanny Available in Salem, OR: Mariah K.

Hi, my name is Mariah. I’m a mom of two wonderful kids in elementary and high school, so I understand the different needs of children at various ages. I recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Child, Youth, and Family Studies, which has given me a strong understanding of child development and family support.

I’m currently looking for a part-time or full-time nanny position for the coming year before pursuing my master’s degree. During this time, I’m excited to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children while supporting families in their day-to-day routines. If it’s a great fit, I’d also be open to continuing beyond that year.
