Engaging! Helping them learn, and definitely reading to them if they let me. I think that's a key component to progression in early stages. I'm also good with preparing healthy, balanced meals, and know quite a bit about nutrition.

I have only had experience with this through a family friend who I didn't babysit, but got to know well and we clicked right off the bat! I'm a good learner and pick up on things fast! I'd be interested and willing to help in any way I can, and understand the responsibility of it.
