A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Madison and I am 24 years old. I’ve lived in Texas for about 13 years and love it here! I have two little fur babies and a Godson. I love interacting with children and helping them develop into outstanding little humans! I come from a family that needed help too, so I’ve always loved lending a hand when needed. I’d love to encourage the growth and development of today’s youth, as they are our future! I work well under pressure and I love to bring laughs and fun wherever I go! I’m good at helping with school work, cooking, cleaning, everyday house chores etc. I’d love to be an additional set of hands to help out you and your family!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I took leadership roles with the multiple youth groups at my church. Alongside that I participated in multiple planned trips to the Boys and Girls club of Dallas. I’ve babysat infants, and I was the sole babysitter of three triplet girls!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Outside time is a necessity in every kids life (who doesn’t love the park or swimming). I also like playing games, reading books, watching movies, and going on walks and hikes.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is having compassion and empathy. You never know why someone could be reaching out for help with their families and what the parents are going through in their personal lives. Be an extra safe space for the kids and make sure they know you’ll be there for them.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I had triplets that wanted to assist me with making lunch. I gave all three of them their own stations and roles so that everyone was included in on the fun. They definitely got a little bit messy like most seven year olds do lol, but in the end their bellies were full and they had fun. After about an hour after we ate I got the girls changed and they wanted to go swimming. We swam for about 2 hours, came inside, everyone got showered up and changed and they went down for a nap.
