Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I really enjoy spending time with kids of all ages and keeping them engaged in many different ways. With infants, I focus on gentle interaction such as tummy time, singing songs, reading books, and help them reach developmental milestones. For toddlers and older kids, I love doing arts and crafts, playing outside, story time, and doing age-appropriate activities. I aim to create a safe, fun, loving, and engaging environment that fits each child’s interests and needs.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience caring for children with special needs both personally and in a classroom setting. I spend a lot of time with my cousin who was special needs, which has helped me build patience, understanding, and communication skills. I’ve also worked in a Pre-K classroom where I supported special needs students with their daily routines, learning activities, and emotional needs. I’m comfortable adapting to each child’s unique personality and finding ways to help them feel supported and included.
