My name is Madison and I am a third year college student at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I am majoring in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology with a minor-focused in Adolescence Psychology. I have been told that I am very nurturing and am considered the “mother” of my friend group. I have been a nanny majority of my working time through high school and college. I am currently taking 5 courses that as of right now are predominantly online. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a camp counselor at Kanakuk camps in Missouri leading groups of children aged 8-10. I also worked vacation Bible school as a leader from 2015 to 2019.
I have previously been a nanny for 3 families with ages ranging from 4-12.

My experience with special needs children...

I have been a counselor at two special needs camps and have worked with Dreams Foundation of Acadiana through my sorority. I am currently learning ASL and taking two psychology course to better understand life-span development.
I would often shadow my mother at work through high school while she worked at A-Kids-Choice foundation which helps families and teachers unite to improve the skills of a student with learning disabilities.
