One family in California had a toddler with special needs and I took her to physical therapy appointments, to playgrounds, to other fun places, read to her, and prepared basic meals. Made sure she didn’t eat any foods she was allergic to. The second family had 4 children in Switzerland. A baby, 2 yr old, 3 yr old and 5 yr old. A live in situation where I took care of the baby full time, drove the other kids to classes and helped with light housekeeping.
