The most important part about babysitting/being a nanny to me (as cliche as it sounds) is really about connecting with the kids. I didn’t really grow up with a lot of siblings or cousins nearby so as I grew up I began babysitting for my neighbors and family friends and it was my favorite part about my weekends! So much so that i’m now wanting to be a teacher and watching kids more so that I’ll have great references!
