More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

August 2017, I flew to Antigua, Guatemala with Our Redeemers Lutheran church based in Helena for a mission trip. Not only did we build houses for families, we also worked at a nursery with extremely malnourished children ranging from 6 months-4 years of age.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

A child’s imagination is extremely important, like I have mentioned before-having children sit in front of a TV all day long is not something I would ever allow. I would include activities that revolve around being outdoors and exploring the world around us. From going on walks/hikes, riding bikes, having picnics, building snowman, or even just playing in the dirt-I love being outside and watching kids enjoy nature. On days where the weather doesn’t allow us to be outside, there are plenty of fun and stimulating activities that can be done indoors as well such as reading, coloring, playing with toys, etc. In all honesty, I enjoy doing whatever your child/children like. Seeing your children have fun in a safe environment is my goal!
