A little bit about me

Hi, I’m Maegen. I am 24 years old and looking for a full and/or live in nanny position. I started paid childcare in 2018 in a church daycare, working with kids aged newborn (usually a few months) to 11 years. I moved on to nannying not long after, realizing my love for working with children.

I love to be actively involved in playtime with the littles, whether that’s outdoor activities, crafting, or imaginative play. I am willing to be involved in homework help, if necessary, meal prep/light house work if asked, pets are okay —maybe even a plus! I took a bit of a break from the nanny game for a while, so my CPR and First Aid certifications have expired, but I’ll be working on getting it renewed asap.

Being apart of the “village.” I’ve always heard that “it takes a village” to raise kids, and the older I get, the more I realize just how true that is.

One of the little girls I’ve previously nannied used to love to sing and have dance parties — one of my favorite parts of being a nanny is getting to view life through the eyes of a child again. Everything is so pure and each little moment seems very big and important. Those dance parties were so full of pure joy and it was beautiful, really.
