I grew up the oldest cousin in a big family, meaning I helped and cared for my many younger cousins, all at different stages. Being able to care for them and guide them was my favorite part of growing up and still is in adulthood. I decided to start babysitting to not only provide support to the parents but also the children. For two years, I have cultivated relationships with three main families and picked up some extra work through their social connections.
